The Cross Timbers Country Opry is located 1 mile East of Stephenville, Texas on Highway 377; one hour Southwest of Fort Worth. Just a short drive from Lake Proctor Resort Area, Fossil Rim Wildlife Park, Dinosaur Valley State Park, Tres Rios Camping Area, Lake Granbury, Historical Downtown Granbury, Dublin Dr. Pepper Bottling Co. (the oldest in the world), The Billy the Kid Museum, E-Z Duz It RV Park and Store in Hico, and Tarleton State University.
